Operation |
|

|
The Priority Fill Panel distributes compressor discharge gas firstly to the forecourt, secondly to cascade high bank, thirdly to cascade medium bank, fourthly to cascade low bank.
The ¾” high flow tube work/EIS valve arrangement included on this panel design is part of cascade to forecourt decant lines. Connections are ¾” to ensure the panel can be used for VFF of large buses (e.g. 200 m3/fill).

Principle Components - Features & Benefits |
- Proven reliable Intermech spring loaded 3/8” Priority Valve features special spring design to achieve excellent “memory”. Consistent sequencing between cascade banks it crucial to achieving station energy efficiency & reducing NGV fill times
- Proven “non-jamming” Intermech ½” non-return Valve incorporates cleanable SS mesh filters
- Elimination of electrics – simplifies station fault diagnosis and maintenance
- Pre-piping of cascade to forecourt decant emergency isolation system simplifies installation
- Isolation valves are full bore ensuring minimal pressure drop through panel thereby facilitating VFF
